Founder of the agency

A trained pianist with a degree in philosophy, Isabelle Raché-Chappellier began her career in the media world, a passion for communication and dialogue between the arts. She joined Radio France in the regions, where she created and hosted the show Pizzicato, before collaborating with France Musique to produce reports and programs such as Musique Nomade and Chansons d’été.

Her journalistic work also extends to the print media: after a notable first interview with Jean-Jacques Kantorow published in La Lettre du Musicien, she contributed to the daily newspaper La Montagne Centre-France and then to La Voix du Nord.

In 2011, she published the book Entretiens avec Janine Reiss, retracing the exceptional career of this iconic figure in the opera world. With this dual expertise – artistic and media – and driven by a deep desire to support artists over the long term, she founded Music et Talent in 2014, an independent agency focused on representing exceptional musicians with international renown.

Léon Colman de Nève

Artist Manager

Trained as a violinist and holding a degree in musicology from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, Léon Colman de Nève has built his career at the intersection of musical performance, artistic direction and concert production.

Following experience in concert production, he joined the Académie de l’Opéra national de Paris, where he contributed to artistic direction activities and gained insight into programming, artist recruitment and the professional development of emerging talent. He subsequently joined the Opéra Royal du Château de Versailles as an Editorial and Protocol Officer, contributing to the promotion of productions and the coordination of projects in collaboration with artists and the institution’s partners.

Drawing on his knowledge of the classical repertoire, cultural institutions and professional networks, he now devotes his experience to artist representation, career development and the promotion of artists on the international stage.

MeT Artist Management is an independent artist management agency specializing in the representation of conductors, soloists, and ensembles with strong artistic identities. We represent exceptional artists, selected for the quality of their interpretation, the uniqueness of their career paths, and their international reach.

The agency is also committed to supporting original and distinctive projects, whether initiated by our own artists or by external musicians whose artistic vision aligns with our aesthetic values.

We place particular emphasis on the long-term support of conductors, building with each of them a tailor-made development strategy that respects their artistic vision while enhancing their presence on both the national and international musical scenes.

Based in Lille, near Brussels, London, and Paris, the agency supports its artists with special attention to the quality of collaborations and the projects developed.
